The air feels better here, suddenly.

After all, with the new sweeping reforms that took place, dueling suddenly became a lot more important, and many card shops are now a lot busier.
You can either find Hitoshi or Kagerou (specify which) manning the register at the shop they work at. Due to the nature of their "gimmick" for the shop, they cannot be viewed at the same time while in the store.
Which relatedly, there's a fair number of girls who come in just to fawn over the "hot vampire worker", not realizing that it's more than just a bit.*
